Hi there, see screen shots below.

1. Is there are way that BB codes aren't displayed?

2. I'd like to display "most commented posts" and "active comment threads" in the same way as "recent comments". With an avatar on the left side and the linked post above. How do I do this? "Active comment threads" doesn't look very well in my opinion (a lot of unused space). Is this a conflict with my theme or is it meant like that?

Hi @julia-termeer,

We don't find such an issue o9n our test websites. Please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address. I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.

I'm really sorry, but there is no such feature. We may suggest you some CSS code if you provide the example URL.

@julia-termeer,

1. Is there are way that BB codes aren't displayed?

This issue is fixed by our developers. Just copy the popular-post-by-comment.php file from the staging site to the live site.

The fileis locate din the wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz-widgets/tabs/ folder.

@astghik Thanks for your help and giving me solution for my first question. My 2nd issue isn't important for me anymore. Most importantly is now that you send me the css codes that will make sure that everything looks like in the picture above.

The 5th tab and the 3rd tab look still different on the staging page. I cannot see the first two tabs. So, I'd like to ask you:

1. Create some content that the first two tabs are displayed with content.
2. Change the style of all tabs that it will look like in the screen show above.

@julia-termeer,

I'd suggest you increase the font size of the text in the most active comment threads widget, try the following CSS code:

.wpdiscuz-widget-comment-content .wpdiscuz-widget-comment-exc a {
font-size: 25px;
line-height: 1;
}

The CSS code should be added in the "Widget custom CSS" textarea. It's located in the Dashboard > Comments > Settings> Addons > Widgets tab.

The red marked code can be changed as you like.

We've also made some changes in the following two files, please copy the files from the staging site to the live site:

  • wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz-widgets/options/addons-settings-html.php
  • wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz-widgets/wpDiscuzWidgets.php
