I use for my site minusator.ru wpDiscuz Widgets. I created a post and did not add comments. In the widget in the Most commented posts section shows a post with 0 comments. This is clearly a bug!

This is not a bug. This is the plugin's working logic. As you have only three posts, it shows this three posts (although the post doesn't have any comments). If you have more posts with more number of comments it will not show the posts with 0 comments.
For now, I suggest you change the "Number of comments" value. We'll take this into consideration to change this logic in a future release.
