Hi,
I am having trouble activating the wpDiscuz add-ons after purchasing the bundle. When trying to activate any of them, I get the error "Activation key does not exists".
My order number is #42591.

Please make sure:
1. you don't rename the folder, it must be, for example, wpforo-topic-custom-fields
2. you have not double /wpforo-topic-custom-fields/wpforo-topic-custom-fields /directories nested inside each other ( /wp-content/plugins/wpforo-topic-custom-fields/).

I'm confused on what this has to do with my issue on activation keys not working.
I simply downloaded the folders after purchasing them. I uploaded them directly to my wp plugin folder. WP recognized them and let me activate them. And now the keys don't work.

when you extract a zip file, it might create folder in folder, so just make sure there is not a folder with the same name in the main folder.
It's always better to install add-ons using the [Upload Plugin] option in WordPress> Plugins > Add New admin page.
Also, please make sure your website has a valid SSL certificate and the https: protocol works fine. You can only activate addons if your website is running https protocol.

I have double checked and did not see any nested folders for the wpDiscuz plugins. I've attached a screenshot. Also, my website does have a valid certificate I believe.
I have also successfully added and activated several wpforo plugins no problem. This seems to be specific to the discuss bundle licenses

Also, I did my due diligence and removed all wpDiscuz plugins from my plugin folder. And I reinstalled only one of them using the upload feature. The problem still persists.

Thank you for the detailed information. It's strange, all is ok from our side as well. The only way to find the reason and fix it is getting access to your dashboard. Could you please send the admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address?

I've not found any email with admin credentials.
I only see email with password reset URL, which opens a website "Coming Soon" screen. There is no password reset form. If you use wpForo password reset form, then it'll not be available on websites in maintains mode. Please disable "Replace Reset Password Page URL to Forum Reset Password Page URL" option in wpForo > Settings > Login & Registration admin page.

I have no idea what were you doing to activate addon licenses, because we've just inserted the license keys to corresponding addon activation fields and activated them without any problem. Here is the screenshot:

Are you aware that you should have to insert the license keys to the license activation fields after the activating the addons. The license keys have been sent with the order email for each addon. You can find the same keys in your account page.

I literally copied and pasted them from my account order page into the activation field. I noticed yesterday that even though it said that the activation key did not exist, it was still working yesterday when I checked.
So I don't know if it was a cache issue or what.
