The tooltip that appears when hovering mouse over the flag icon on a comment shows a bunch of random AAAA characters. See screenshot attached.

@chuck-nguyen,

This may be the issue with the table charset. It'd better if you provide us the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com. We'll check and fix the issue.

@chuck-nguyen,

We got the "Unknown username" error message. Please check the login details one more time and make sure those are available for us.

Update: activating the report & flagging addon actually lags any page with comments to the point where the page won't load and the entire browser freezes and it's hard to even scroll down or click on any links. It also lags the admin backend settings page for discuz. I have de-activated the report & flagging addon for now because my site is unusable while it's on. Perhaps this is related to the original issue?

Either way, you will have to look into this before you can fix the original problem.

I was editing settings in Discuz > settings > addon before this happened.

No, the issue doesn't have any relation to the issue you've mentioned in the original post. Developers try to install the SQL executioner plugin and were not able to work with it. You've too many plugins activated and that's caused the issue. You should contact your server support with this issue.

Regarding the original issue. The same you've seen in case of the wpDiscuz Comment Author Info. Probably you've added some incorrect symbol, so you've got the issue. Please try to insert another text, just make sure there are no other symbols (just Latine letters).

@astghik Thanks for the reply. Could you point me to where I can change the tooltip text?

@chuck-nguyen,

Please navigate to the Dashboard > Comments > Setting > Addons > Report & Flagging tab, find the "Flag title when "Comment Reporting" pop-up form is enabled" option, and try to insert another text(just Latine letters).
