I'm sorry, but the native comment form and wpDiscuz comment form are not the same, thus the rating fields cannot be included in wpDiscuz comment form section. Besides, wpDiscuz has it's own rating system you can use.

@astghik Thank you for the speedy reply. With your plugin / rating system, is it possible to sort posts on the website by their average rating?

Also, is it possible to restrict Ratings to one per user, per post? Currently, it appears any user can rate any post unlimited times, which makes the rating system not very useful in my case. Is there a fix for that?

I'm really sorry, but the wpDiscuz rating system doesn't have such features. We'll take this into consideration for future updates, however, there is no ETA I can provide you.
