Hi, I bought the bundles for wpdiscuz and wpforo (Order Number: #47721), but after paying via 2checkout I was not redirected to gvector, instead I got the following error message:
“An error has occurred during checkout. Please contact the seller and reference the error code below.
ERROR CODE: PE101”
My credit card accepted the payment, but I’m unsure how to proceed from here. The Order in my account still says: "Pending payment".
Could you please have a look and advise me on what steps I should take to resolve this issue?

Hi, money has now been withdrawn from my bank account by 2checkout, I also have a payment and order confirmation (with gvectors written on top of it)
but I still can't download the plugins because it says in my gvector account that the payment is still pending
It would be really great if someone from gvector would see fit to have a look and answer me.
I have already written to the contact form, but have not yet received a reply.
If everything has worked out, where do I actually get an invoice with a VAT ID?

Hi @prinzkafka,
Thank you for your purchase and for contacting us. For some reason, your order was pending approval by the 2Checkout payment system. It has now been approved, and the order is marked as completed. The order details have been sent to your email address. You can also log in to your account on the gVectors Store to view the order information and download links.
