I've deactivated, deleted 2plugins(wp discuz, widgets addon), downloaded from this gvectors site and then reinstalled. but the same message again. i'm a paying customer. So disappointed about this plugin. Please do something for me.

That's not the same, each case has its own reason. This message cannot be displayed without any reason. First please let us know your order ID. Your current account is not the customer account, so we cannot check your license.
Then please let us know whether you use multi-site installation.
@tomson I don't understand why you say this is not the customer account. I've purchased the item with this account on November 20, 2020. and the order number is #36359. I don't use multi-site installation.
This 'probably hacked' message is so annoying. I've read all the procedures you said and done correctly. I've deactivated, deleted, redownloaded, resinstalled these two plugins(wp discuz, widgets addon).
I don't know if I should reinstore my whole website to the time I've updated these two plugins. This is why I can't continue developing my website and it causes delay my schedule.
I was going to buy other wpdiscuz addons to develop the website, but I think I should reconsider the plan. If something goes wrong like this time, I can't trust this whole wpdicuz plugin anymore.
I wonder if I can get a refund when you can't fix the problem.

For some reason you were not in the [customer] usergroup. I just updated your usergroup.
Also, I see your addon is not activated. Could you please activate it using the license key you've got with the order? Here is the guide how to install and activate the addon: https://gvectors.com/forum/postid/7818/
