I have bought the User Custom Fields add on.But i cannt move or redecorate all the fields.I cannt delete some fields either.See screen shot https://prnt.sc/ylKzZRjolhBw
can you please let me know?

Hi @helen-polise,
Fields with light blue background are the default fields. They cannot be deleted, but you can add/remove them from certain forms in next tabs.
