Iv'e added the extended layout format to all my Forums, however I have another problem, the forums jumbled up on each other, and not organized in a straight column.
I wanted to know if there are any shortcode or CSS to add Replies to top Bar like Views and last user replied.

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Topics & Posts Tab, choose "Collapsed" value for the "Extended Layout - Recent posts" option. More info here:

I am looking for a layout similar to this attachment that has Replies, Users, Views and Date....Iv'e already tried the Extended layout, I know it can be done because it's done with the Wpforo attached file.

This is not an Extended layout. For the "wpForo Addons Support" forum, we've used the Threaded layout.

I don't know which layout the attached file is....I just mentioned that I've already tried the extended layout and it doesn't have that same layout....So if I change my forums to Threaded it will display Replies, Users, Views and Date?

Yes, it's threaded layout feature. Please change the layout of the forum and check again.
