Is this the right place for a question about wpDiscuz?
On the Social Login and Share tab, it says "...until user accept automatic account creation process..."
Does that mean that when a user uses the social log in, they will be creating an account on my site?
If so, would that be in the 'subscriber' role? I'd need to let them know they are registering on my site and will get a newsletter from me if they use this option...

Yes, it creates new user and logs in to allow that user post as a registered user not as a guest.

Yes all new users become 'subscribers', unless you've not installed some plugin and changed WordPress default registration user role.

You should add that information in the Social Login text. You can change that text in Dashboard > Comments > Phrases > Social Tab.
