Hello there,
Unfortunately since the latest update (v4.0.5) in the update, wpDiscuz is now filtering out HTML from my pages that is outside the remit of the plugin.
Specifically, I am using the SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin and upon instantiating one of its widgets (namely the Hero Widget), populating it with TinyMCE content including H1 and H2 tags, they are being stripped out of the final output.
Deactivating the wpDiscuz plugin prevents the filtering and thus renders the HTML as intended. The wpDiscuz changelog states: "Fixed Bug: Incorrect HTML filtering in comment form top hook". Perhaps this change is responsible?
I'm very fond of the wpDiscuz plugin but it must not filter out content that is outside its remit, i.e. HTML that has absolutely nothing to do with commenting. As much as I like wpDiscuz, I will be throwing it out the window and it won't feature in my 100 WordPress site project due to go live very shortly if this fatal error cannot be resolved.
Any thoughts? I hope it can be resolved!
