@mittensfx,

Please Navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Styling admin page, add the following CSS code in "Custom CSS code" textarea, save it delete all caches and check again.

#wpcomm form {
   width: 100% !important;
}

I'd also suggest you move the email, name, etc fields to the right column.
