Using wpdisuz as a Q&A forum

I would like to see if i could use the wpdiscuz plugin as a Q&A forum. I have it set up pretty close to what I  need except that I would like to have the "Reply" button not appear under the initial question because i don't want anyone replying to the question except the wordpress administrator who could reply in the wordpress backend. The administrator is the only authority that we want answering the quesitons. But it would be great if the administrator's response would have a reply button next to it so the one asking the question could ask a followup question or comment on the answer. Is this funtionality possible in the free wpdiscuz plugin or in a feature in one of the Addons? see the attached to see what i mean. thanks!
