Hi there,
check this image here:
The thumbs up and thumbs down buttons are not showing. I tried to disable all the plugins, changed to the default wordpress theme with no success.
Im running on the latest wordpress version 4.6.1

Hi Alex,
In the settings, options style tab, scroll down, and you will see "font awesome", please "uncheck" it and save.
