the comment not appear in my web site

Hello, I am new in this page and my natal language is spanish, I am making my own web site alone and from zero without previews knowledges about it but with tutorials I did can to start with the basic things to my site.

However I have the big problem that comments are missing in my page. I am using the plan EasyWP of namecheap and I HAVE INSTALLED WOOCOMMERCE AND THE STOREFRONT THEME.

1. Without plugins about comment - Not appear the comment of wordpress for default

2. I did use other theme different and not appear the comments neither

2. I did installed the plugin Jetpack and not appear the comments

3. I did borrow jetpack and I did installed the plugin wdDiscuz and still the comment not appear

4. I did verificate well every instruction in this link and still the comments not appear :

I really need to have the comments in the blog so that I hope that someone can to help me.
