The way my site is, comments are ordered sequentially and are not threaded, so it makes sense to have read all of the comments first before commenting.

I was wondering, how can I move the comment box from the top of the comments to the bottom? I don't see a setting for it. Is there a way I can achieve this through modifying my template or my functions file?

I'm really sorry but there is no way to do this. wpDiscuz comment form location is not changeable even with custom codding.
