I don't know if this is possible, I've searched around but I haven't found answer. Basically, I need that the current user who is commenting to see his comments slightly different than the rest. I just want every user to see his comments as highlighted. Is this possible to do by myself? Is this possible to buy the plugin add-on? Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry but there is no an easy way to do this. You should find some developer to do a custom coding. We don't provide custom coding services.
