I just installed wpDiscuz Frontend Moderation.  I have the login widget on my site and it's showing up.  I stopped front end cache and it still does not fix the issue.  It will randomly appear and then stop working again.

I tested this issue in the most recent browsers Chrome and firexfox with the same result on PC and mobile.  I had several site users notify me of the same thing.

What is a login solution that I can use if the login widget doesn't show up?

The login Widget you're using doesn't have any relation to the wpDiscuz plugin. You should contact the corresponding plugin support with this question.
