Link quicktag

Hello,

Quicktag are pretty straigthforward to use to anyone who has the habit of mindling with raw html/bbcode. However, from what I see, that's not the case of a lot of user who more often than not forget to close quicktags.

There are two things which may improve that :

1)When someone want to publish a comment with a tag not closed, give some warning (maybe let control the site author to what to do exactly : block posting until it's closed, let bypass the warning, no warning altogether)

2)The worst culprit is the link quicktag. People often post their link at the end of the comment, and then it does absolutely nothing. Or they post it in the middle and half the comment becomes clickable. There should be something which asks for some text to type and which autoclose the quicktag thereafter (as native wordpress link inserter). Or maybe just using automatically the link as the text.
