Improve performance by using a lite version of font-awesome css

I love your plugin, but it would be great if you could create a modified CSS file that only includes the font-awesome icons that are actually used by wpDiscuz.

Right now the full font-awesome CSS file is being loaded at about 40kb, even though the plugin is only using 10 or 20 icons.  It would be great if the plugin used a lite version of the css file that only includes the icons that are used, that would likely get the size down to 3 or 4 kb.

Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Styling admin page enable the "Do not load Font Awesome css lib" option.

Important: please don’t disable this lib if other loaded CSS lib version is lower than 5.0.10.
