When an anonymous user adds a comment, the message "pending moderation" shows up. If he navigates back to the page, the comments disappear.

Is there a way to keep that message until it is either approved or rejected?

Hi. I was testing at:  https://develop.thebulletin.org/2018/06/chinese-nuclear-forces-2018/
If I am authenticated as admin, it does display all the "pending moderation" comments. If I am seeing the page as the anonymous user who posted the comment, it does not show up after refreshing.
