Hi,

I've searched the internet and can't find a guide how to show the form on a page. There's plenty of information on how to download it, activate it and access it, but nothing that tells me how to get the form to appear on my page.

I can see the form. I can make it a post or page but it doesn't appear in my list of posts or pages.

How do I make the form appear as it's own page or how can I put that form on a page?

Sorry for asking perhaps a dumb question. I see the thread "my form is missing" but can't tell if they're talking about the same thing.
