Hello,

I have recently installed wpDiscuz on my multi-author writer's website and I like it very much. The only problem I have so far is that I can't find out how to remove the edit button from the comments and replies.

The reason I need this done is because it is a site where authors get reviews and pay to do so, but people commenting can change the reviews or even delete them via the edit button, so I need it gone or disabled. Can you help, please?

@astghik

Thank you, Astghik, for your reply, but I had already read that and it doesn't really solve the problem.

I'll see if I can make it more clear...

Sometimes, on a competitive writer's site, where people pay to post their poetry, stories etc, and also enter writing contests, some people/writers get a chip on their shoulders or simply get jealous of others getting good reviews. Sometimes, they simply don't like another person/writer for whatever reason and with the edit button visible they can simply destroy the reviews that another has received by simply editing or deleting them, which I, as admin, can't control with the editing button visible and that is the main reason I need it hidden or removed. Hope that makes sense to you.

Sorry, just to add... I have enabled the "Do not allow" but it doesn't seem to change anything.
