I see that there is a popup when I click on the "My Comment and Settings" link with a user's comment activity that lists all of the comments they have asked in one place. Is there a way to show this information on a Wordpress page? So when a user logs in he could go to mysite.com/my-comments and see a list of his comment activity?

I'm sorry, but wpDiscuz doesn't allow to show this information on a Wordpress page. 

I suggest you using some profile plugin (Ultimate Members, BuddyPress, etc.).
