This is a copy from the topic on the WP support site:

Hello!

Many people are discussing my posts also on Facebook. That’s why I’m using a plugin to import Facebook comments to my WP site. WordPress does show the avatars of the Facebook commenters in the backend, but wpDiscuz is not showing them on the frontend.

Any chance you can add this functionality?

Hi @jackennilsen,

Do you have any Cache plugins? Please disable all those, delete caches and do CTRL+F5. Please let us know the result. Also please leave an example URL to allow us to check it.

I’m using WP Fastest Cache, but also without it, the Facebook-Avatars are not displayed.

You can check an example here:
https://mydivision.net/2018/05/the-division-2-ab-sofort-bei-amazon-de-vorbestellbar/

Most of the commenters are from FB and have an avatar on FB and in the WP backend. But the frontend shows the placeholders.

And that's how far we came.

Hi jackennilsen,

As you import comments from Facebook, most email addresses are connected with Facebook and don't connect with Gravatar.

We'll need admin access to check it. Could you please send admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address?

I get the point. But the thing I wonder about is that WP displays the avatars in the backend and your plugin does not on the frontend even though it is based on the native WP comment function. So I expected it to display them as well.

I just sent an email with temporary access to wp-admin.

Please consider this as solved. With GDPR coming, I won't be able to import the users Facebook comments anymore, so solving this problem is not needed anymore.
