How do I customize the comment form header? Typically I would do this inside the comment.php file of my custom theme, but WPDiscuz seems to ignore this file. How can I control the code to customize my layout? I looked into the `class.WpdiscuzWalker.php` but this is only the individual comments. I don't see anything in the documentation in this. Am I missing something?
