I have a situation where I think a commenter was gaming the system and clearing cookies so they could down vote a post they didn't like. I wanted to look at the log files for WPDiscuz but I can't seem to find a reference to where they are kept? Is there a way that I can look at a comment voting history by IP address??

We don't follow you well. Please try to explain in other words.

If you mean the comment votes, you can find them in the wp_wc_users_voted table.

The guests' voting is keeping hashed by IP address, because it's out of the  GDPR compliance.
