When checking the 'Subscribe for notification' and admin answers, the customer is not notified by the answer on email.
Ex.
1. Create a new comment with: message, name, email & checking notify me checkbox.
2. Wait for answer
3. Check email inbox typed in step_1, no email received.
The admin email is notified though, but not the customer.
