i need nice looking quest avatars. example in my attachment or next to my login. 
How can i set up this in wpdiscuz? I have to buy addon?

Hi jaryszek,

This doesn't have a direct relation to wpDiscuz. This is a WordPress avatar logic, it depends on entered email and based on Gravatar system. wpDiscuz just use WordPress avatar functions, it doesn't do an extra action. You can manage it on Dashboard > Settings > Discussion admin page, just change the value of the "Default Avatar" option. 

You can also use some additional avatar plugins like WP First Letter Avatar.

thank you. So you mean i can have avatars like in attachment and this is from wordpress?

Hmm i installed wpDiscuz on my test site: 
http://stage.dookolapracy.pl/pomysl-sprzedawca/

but still there is only a "gray" avatar, not that nice looking colored.
