I have a child theme where I define custom roles with custom capabilities.

It sounds like I cannot access the "Comment -> Forms" menu if I don't have the default role "Administrator".

Can I change this by adding custom capacities to my custom roles so they can access the menu?

Basically, I need to access this menu to enable WP Discuz on custom post types. Can I do this by adding some code in my child theme?
