Hi - we recently upgraded to wpdiscuz Version 5.3.2 - since then, a non-logged in user can no longer submit a comment. It "appears" to submit (the page reloads and you see a new comment from anonymous but without the actual comment message). If you reload the page, the comment is gone. Also the comment does not show up in the comments list under the admin screen (so we know it's not actually submitting the data). Logged in users work fine - comments show up as normal. This is only affecting non-logged in users. There are no error messages on the screen. I've also tried purging caches, etc. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks,
Pat
Hi @astghik - here is a URL: https://tuneupfitness.avatarnewyork.cloud/blog/2019/06/19/test-cloud-post-to-delete/
Let me know. Thanks!
Pat
ok @tuf, thank you.
It seems you're using some captcha or antispam plugin that caused the issue. Please deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker.
Please don't forget to press Ctrl+F5 (twice) on frontend before checking.
That's not the issue - that's the default wpdiscuz simple captcha. I turned it off (and also purged all caches) and still not working. I also changed ajax to use default wordpress ajax instead to see if that could be it but again still not working for anonymous users
ok @tuf, I see.
Please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address. I'll ask the wpDiscuz developers to check the issue.
Thanks @astghik - I just sent user/pwd to that email address. Keep me posted. Thanks!
Pat
Thank you, Pat.
I've just sent the login details to plugin developers. I'll update the topic once I get a response from them.
@tuf,
The issue comes from the Advanced noCaptcha & invisible Captcha plugin. We've deactivated the plugin and it's working fine now. Please see the testing comments.

For the testing reason, we've enabled wpDiscuz CAPTCHA and it works fine, so you can enable the built-in wpDiscuz CAPTCHA again. Also, wpDiscuz has the Invisible Spam Protection feature you can enable. More info here: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-documentation/settings/comment-form/#invisible_spam_protection
Perfect! Works great! Thanks for the quick replies and fix!
We'd really appreciate and be thankful if you leave a good review on plugin page. This is the best way to say thank you to this project and support team.
