My question is the exact same as

I want to change the color of the name of the user group, so that the black border and group name can be different. The Admin is a filled in blue with white text, which I like, but I would like to create an alternate look for other groups as well. When I try the method showed in this linked post, I find it only changes the colors of the user name, which also takes some time to update after making the change. Thank you.
