How can I export the actual user data in a CSV or other format, e.g., usernames, emails, display names, and custom fields I have defined?

I tried the Export Options under Tools but these seem to export the field definitions used in the different pages like Profile, etc.

I'm sorry, but there is no a tool for exporting, you should use this instruction for exporting certain user data:
