All wpForo prases are located in Dashboard > Forms > Phrases admin page, search the current phrase, then edit this phrase and translate it. 

Don’t forget to delete phrase cache in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page before checking.

The solution is already explained in the post above by Astghik:

You can search any phrase and change to the translation version. For example in your case you can search "Author Name" and "Author Email", so you don't need to ask the same question for all phrases, just use the same Phrase System editing method.
