Limited Support
Our team is currently on holiday, so support will be limited during this period. Response times may be slower than usual, and some inquiries may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll resume our usual support by the end of August.
We only use want to use 5 rating levels for members, not the full 10 which is the default, so we've set the "min number of posts" totals for levels 6-10 artificially high so that they're not used in practice. However, on members' profile pages the maximum rating level now displays as 5/10 which some members are not happy with (understandably). I don't see how we can fix this situation without implementing 10 levels? It would be good to be able to specify the number of active levels in the Settings -> Members tab so that the rating displayed on members' profile page uses the same for the maximum, e.g. 5/5 in this case.
Another solution would be to disable Member Activity from displaying on users' Profiles. More drastic but would actually work well for our needs - is there any way to do that?
I found a workaround for this using the second solution proposed above, i.e. to stop the Member Activity section from displaying underneath the Profile tab. Confusingly, to hide this section I needed to untick "Front - Can view member reputation" for all the usergroups I want to hide this section from. I say confusingly because although this section is titled Member Activity it's different from the content of the member's Activity tab. gVectors - maybe this section (i.e. the one with the reputation data plus other data) should be renamed something like Member Stats to avoid this confusion?
