Approve Posts Feature Request

Hi Guys.....love wpForo!

I have a big feature request or a plugin request.

I need the ability to set all posts as needed to be approved before going live in the forum.  It would be nice to have this on as default for all users and then for certain users I could make it so they auto-approve.

I would also like the option that the user does not know that their post is waiting for moderation.  To them it looks like it has been posted.

Sometimes I'll get a person who just posts negative stuff and I just want to ignore them but don't want others to see the post.

So that user is the only one that can see his post.  Once it gets approved then everyone can see it.
