I see that the plugin comes with Hebrew .mo/.po files.

In General Settings I click "Use Plugin .PO/.MO files", the websites language is set to Hebrew but when I check the Front-End I still see the WPDiscuzz form in English.

What should I do?

Some phrases should be changed in Dashboard > Comments > Forms admin page. Just edit the Default Comment form and manage form title, field names, etc...

But I don't want to translate each form on each website, isn't that why we are using translation files for?

This is how it looks right now:

Comment forms are custom post types, they are dynamic content. You can have many forms for different post types and we allow you to change form title and field names as you want. It's not possible with PO/MO files. PO/MO files are not dynamic. There are only 3-5 phrase in comment form. Other phrases (99%) comes from PO/Mo files. For example the subscription drop-down options come from PO/MO files. If they are not translated it means your language translation files are not complete. You can update them using POT file and PoEdit program. wpDiscuz POT file is located in /wpdiscuz/languages/ directory.

But it is translated, why it doesn't appear on the front-end?
