Hi all,

This is an amazing plugin, and I have to thank you all for creating it. Everything works extremely well (out of the 10+ plugins I tried to use for post pagination using my tricky Genesis theme).

However, when I add images to my posts, I'm trying to add captions using the normal "caption" functionality in WordPress...and the code isn't exactly turning into captions. It's instead wrapping around my images and it looks pretty bad - because I can't use the normal caption function for my images. I was wondering if you guys had any idea what was going on?

I'm using Metro Pro on the Genesis Framework. I've tried adjusting all of your settings within the plugin itself...I was wondering if I maybe needed to add some CSS to fix the problem, or if there was anything else that I could do? Image is attached for reference. This is the standard error that I'm constantly seeing when I add captions while using your plugin.

Thank you!

Thank you stefpdt,

This is not CSS issue, for some reason the [caption] shortcode has not been parsed and replaced to HTML. It seems some plugin conflicts with ACP in content creating hooks. We're going to check this issue and get back to you shortly.

Also please leave here the list of all active plugins you're currently using.

Hi Tom,

I appreciate the quick response! As for my plugins, I have Askimet, EWWW Image Optimizer, Genesis Footer Builder, Genesis Simple Hooks, Hostgator WalkMe Plugin, Social Media Feather and W3 Total Cache.

I will try to deactivate all of these plugins, and then test my captions with Advanced Post Pagnation once more. I'll report back.

After deactivating all other plugins and re-installing Advanced Post Pagination, I'm still experiencing this issue.

This normally wouldn't be a big concern to me except that I actually have to insert captions on images for part of my work. I'm sure that some other people might have to do the same!

Just wondering if there will be an available fix for this, or if I need to try something else?

I'm definitely willing to purchase your pro version of the plugin if that can help to fix my issue?

What's really tricky is that I can't even add text below my images to "act" as a caption because I can't make the font size smaller for some reason - very strange. I've tried a bunch of different resolutions to this and still can't find a solution 🙁
