Cache the pagination pages?

First of all, tx for this great plugin

Its possible to make an internal cache in this plugin, im running a site on mediatemple, its managed so i cant install several cache plugins, they have an internal cache but sometimes we have a lot of traffic and the only way the server doesnt go down, is deactivating the pagination plugin.

Any idea about this one?

Also i want to say that we test the pagination plugin with ajax and reload settings.
