These support plans are offered to fix issues with wpForo plugin. It includes solving of wide range of problems starting from update issues up to conflicts with other plugins. These support plans don’t include custom coding for fixing integration or plugin/theme conflicting problems. We ask for WordPress administration access. In some cases we may need FTP access. If you require assistance with wpForo plugin installation and configuration, please refer to our dedicated support plans Installation and Configuration designed specifically for that purpose.
Support will be provided via email within 12-24 hours. The initial response may take 3-12 hours, depending on the time zone. Our team operates within GMT +1 to GMT +4 time zone.
This support service is a one-time offering. Our team will address and resolve all issues related to the support plan you have purchased. Any issues resolved by our support team will continue to receive support for the next 30 days (basic plan) or 3 months (extended plan). In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve the issue, we offer a prompt and hassle-free refund without the need for further discussion.

I’m interested in purchasing your Extended Plan support but I am confused by the statement that “This support service is a one-time offering.” Does this mean I have to submit all of the known issues at once, or at the time the support plan is accepted? AND that this is the ONLY opportunity to submit issues within the 90 day period?

Our support service is a one-time offering. We will address and resolve all issues covered by the support plan you purchased. After resolution, you will continue to receive support for those issues for either 30 days or 3 months, depending on your plan.
