This is under My Profile > Account:

You can see the Province Field. I select out a value:

then select Update Profile it, it goes back to unselected:

This is all on the My Profile page - they are not using the Profile Builder plugin you mentioned above, they are using all the wpForo plugins:

Under wpForo > Members these are the fields:

Going back to the Profile, if I update the Industry:

It shows the updated field once I save it:

So, I am not sure what Profile Builder has to do with this, we are not using that plugin, we are using the custom fields add on for your plugin.

I meant is this field has been created based on Profile Builder plugin? Are you use the field synchronization is enabled? If this is not a Profile Builder plugin field then it should not be used in Dashboard > User Edit screen. wpForo User Custom Fields are only be edited in front-end ( My Profile > Account page). Please provide more screenshots, add other fields that work and the whole list of fields. I need to see the fields difference.

I thought this was being looked at 2 weeks ago based on the reply that said the "devs were checking the issue??" The plugin was purchased for the https://forums.tec-canada.com/ site. I can try and find the order but they purchased it.

We don't see any order attached to your account. Could you please specify the order number?

Also, please show a screenshot of the field creation. I need to see what type of field is this.

wpForo - User Custom Fields Issue

I have a user form with custom fields for users to edit/add information on WordPress admin. All the fields work correctly except 1. The "Province" field is a dropdown and when i select a value and save, it does not save it and does not show the updated value. Under Tools > Debug > Errors and Issue, it shows the following error repeatedly:

PHP Warning: Undefined array key "max-number-value" in /nas/content/live/teccanadaforum/wp-content/plugins/wpforo-user-custom-fields/includes/providers.php on line 195
PHP Warning: Undefined array key "min-number-value" in /nas/content/live/teccanadaforum/wp-content/plugins/wpforo-user-custom-fields/includes/providers.php on line 194

I have attached a screenshot of the field as well. No matter what value you select, when you save, it goes back to no selected field.
