Hello, I recently signed up for the forum for my site  https://physiciantycoon.com.  I've been very happy with the service, it's been much better than anything else I looked at. I also purchased the custom user info addon, Thank you guys for building this great tool!

I have a question about where I can find the user data for the custom fields i've added in the registration. Where is this info stored and displayed for me as the admin?

I went into my wpforo_profiles field in the Database and I can export the info. I have 3 custom fields and the entries are all lumped into one, Here is an example

{"field_6f846eb":"Rob Carroll","field_19d9510":"123456565443","field_a45dbe6":"UMass"}

This makes exporting and managing the data very difficult, i'd appreciate some help on the right way to do this.

Thanks,

Rob

Hi @offercreek,

First of all, thank you for using wpForo and wpForo User Custom Fields add-on.

There is an easy way to view the information you've mentioned.

At first, add these fields in Dashboard > Forums > Member Fields > Profile Page Tab, so the information will be displayed on the profile page.

More info here: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/addons/wpforo-user-custom-fields/user-profile-page/

If you don't want to allow other members to view the information, edit the current field and uncheck the usergroups from the "Who can view?" section.

For example, you can allow only moderators and admins to view the NPI Number:

Ok, that's helpful, thank you.

I think that i'm looking for is a way to download or view the data without needing to go into the database to manually pull that data. I need to review and verify that user NPI number. aside from going into each users profile to view it, is there a way/plugin to export my custom data?

Thanks,

Rob

Not sure if I'm allowed to bump old threads, however I have the same problem.

All users have entered their date of birth when registering, however I need a way to view this data on excel, or something like that.

Is there still no way to pull the all the data up on a spreadsheet? If not, can the gvectors team develop something like this if I can pay a fee?
