<p>I thought I would remove the form for Topic Fields in Board 1 to see if then Topic Fields in Board 2 behave. That did not make a difference. </p>
<p>Here is the most vanilla test case. Add fields, switch to different tab , come back and nothing is saved</p>

<p>2. Go to  2nd board Requirements-&gt;Topic Fields and add custom fields to the form. Save. They do not appear under the Structure tab</p>
<p>3. Go to 1st board Forum-&gt;Topic Fields. You will see the custom field there</p>
