Please activate the Tenor GIFs Integration addon and leave a link to your forum. We need to figure out why the GIF button doesn't exist in the topic editor. This could be affected by some custom CSS code.

The latest of both. wpForo 1.9.9 and Advanced Attachments 2.1.1.

Please let me know the versions of wpForo and wpForo Adanced Attachment addon you're currently using.

I have both Advanced Attachments and Tenor GIF addons installed. When Tenor is activated, the GIF icon doesn't show in the new topic form but it does show in the reply form. Also, when Tenor is activated, the attachments links are not displayed below the new topic form, but they do display under the reply form.

All attachments work great if Tenor is not activated.
