There was some bad code in one of my plugins causing the issue and I have corrected it. So it was something that had nothing to do with the plugin itself! You can close this thread!

When you try to activate the Emoticon "smiley" icon in the corner of the text window, nothing happens. I also have the GIPHY add-on as well. That works just fine when clicked/activated.
