You can use this CSS code in Forums > Settings > Styles > Custom CSS Code textarea. Save it, delete all caches and refresh the front-end:

#wpforo-wrap .mce-toolbar .mce-btn-group .mce-btn.mce-last{ 
      display: none; 
}
