Please note, that we're talking about the wpForo Embeds addon, it doesn't have a photo and video uploading and displaying functions. you should get wpForo Advanced Attachment addon for this purpose. wpForo Embeds only converts 3rd party content providers share URLs to according to widget or player. For example youtube, SoundCloud, Instagram, etc...
