I wonder why, if I try to attach a .mpo file to a post, WP reject it ?

in the add-on setting, there is an "Accepted File Types" option. In the case of thewpForo addons forum, the MPO extension is enabled. In the case of the gVectors.com forum, it's not.

I saw the Asti testing; Okay, but what about displaying the images included in the .mpo files ?
What I would appreciate is:
1- I attach a .mpo file to a pots
2- I add the topic (or send the reply)
3- Anyone reading the post can see the 2 (or more) .JPG images included in the .mpo file exactly the same way one can see an attached .jpg file.

It would be great if I could display the .mpo recorded files with a multi format wiewer (side-by-side( x or //) or anaglyph or .... similar to Masuji Suto's one

I'm sorry, but this is not possible. There is no way to show the images in .mpo file. wpForo doesn't have any function to process .mpo files and exclude images. This can be only processed by the Multi Picture Object File softwares. wpForo is a forum plugin, it's not a Multi Picture Object File reader. Only image files can be displayed as images.
