The code on the demo website provided is definitely not the same as the code of the version I purchased. The remaining problem is related to the image container size.

On your website, when an image is uploaded, the container appears wider than the image itself, which causes an incorrect layout.
One image example is from your website, and the other one is from my website for comparison.

I’ve attached both images to clearly show the difference.

Please make sure the "Attachment Lightbox/Slider" option is enabled. You can locate and manage the option in the Dashboard > wpForo > Settings > Addons Settings > Advanced Attachments admin page.

When I click on an image, there is no back button to return. Also, when I upload an image, it appears squashed, and the images are displayed one under another, taking up the full width of the row. This doesn’t happen in the test environment.
