Please delete all caches before checking. If you're using mobile devices, please check on incognito mode. 

       2. I want to collapse or show less of user's details when they add a topic like the way your own details appears here. I have attached two screenshots to show you what I mean. How do I do that please?

I'm really sorry, but there is no easy CSS solution I can post here. This requires large CSS customization.

Will it have anything to do with the update of wpforo Advanced Attachment you talked about.

The issue is caused by the wpForo and it's already solved. Please wait for the update.

 Where do I get to edit forum "register" page. Can I add any text on that page.   
 Can I add a "register" link to the login page. Just like you have "forget password" link?

If you have knowledge of the development, you can do it yourself.

The register.php and login.php files are located in the /wp-content/plugins/wpforo/wpf-themes/classic folder you should use the update safe way:

The issue is already solved.  Please wait a bit, we are going to update the wpForo Advanced Attachments add-on for a few days.

We've just checked and don't find such an issue, the mobile and desktop views are the same.
